BD1. Bridal Design Beginners (SATs)
Dates: 4, 11,18,25 Feb, 3 March 2012
Time: AM (10:30am-12:30pm)
Content: Introduction to bridal floral designs: knowledge on the characters of different kinds of floral materials and how to condition them, techniques on hand tied bouquets and on using bouquet holders. This course will also cover basic colour coordination skills.
Fee: HK 5,400 (5 lessons)(all floral materials are inclusive)

(NEW) BD2. Bridal Design floral Accessories (SUNs)
Dates: 5, 12, 19, 26 Feb, 4 Mar 2012
Time: AM (10:30am-12:30pm)
Content: This new course on bridal design accessories focuses on making bridal accessories such as pomandeurs, handbags, corsages and ring pillows. Skills and techniques such as wiring, weaving, gluing and pinning. Participants should have a basic knowledge on floral design to participate in this course.

BD3 Bridal Designs Designer (SUNs) – (FULL)
Dates: 5, 12, 19, 26 Feb 2012
Time: PM (2:30pm- 4:30pm)
Content:Designer class for those who already possess basic skills and would like to explore more about bridal bouquet designs. Every lesson will be a new challenge based on different elements of design such as specific technique, colour or function. Each participant is encouraged to inject their own style into the finished piece based on the subject matter introduced in that lesson. Each participant must finnish their piece within a given time frame.

FD1 Flowers for Home (MONs)
Dates: 13, 20, 27 Feb 5 Mar 2012
Time: AM (10:30am-12:30pm)
Content: Floral designs you can do at home. This course covers basic know-how about flower arranging, choosing the right flowers and right containers for your home and how to create great visual effects with simple skills.

FD2 Creative Floral Design (SATs)
Dates: 4, 11,18,25 Feb, 3 March 2012
Time: PM (2:30pm-4:30pm)
Content: Using seasonal floral materials, this course will introduce a wide variety of technical skills such as gluing, pinning and weaving to create unique floral pieces. Students are encouraged to be creative in personalizing their designs.

(NEW)FD3 Country style Spring Flower arrangement (Weds)
Dates: 1, 8, 15, 22 Feb 2012
Time: PM (7:00pm – 9:00pm)
Content: Using seasonal spring flowers including hyacinths, tulips, daffodils and blossoming branches, this course will be a journey into the countryside. We will focus on techniques on how to create a style that is relaxed and elegant. Beginners welcome.
